Oh I had fun today! It was time for more glass shopping for me so off I went to my favourite shop and an hour later and a much lighter wallet I returned home with my new collection of glass. They had some fabulous new pieces so I am really looking forward to sitting down tomorrow night and cutting away to create some more great pendants.
I noticed when my last lot came back after being fired that I had quite a lot of orange coloured pendants so I tried to branch out and get some new exciting colours. As always blue was very popular but I picked up some great pinks / purples and greens as well as a dash of red so I am looking forward to working with it all.
And don’t you just love this piece of blue glass below. It is a backing glass called Caribbean Blue. I think it is fabulous.
